The older population group feel discomforted and unsafe using banking applications. And thus end up physically visiting the banks.

The younger age group avoid banking applications owing to its complexity and time consumption.

Clayfin is a leading provider of Digital Customer Experience solutions for Banks and Financial institutions. In a rapidly evolving digital world, Clayfin enables Banks and financial institutions to nurture and grow close ties with their customers by providing a superior and seamless omnichannel experience delivered at any digital point of interaction that the customer prefers.
I looked into the most popular payment applications that attracted their users due to their simplicity and fast transaction experience. I found three major mobile applications: Google Pay, PayTm and PhonePe. These applications boomed in India at a very fast pace attracting both businesses and common consumers.
